<HTML>I talked to Mr Miklos in 1984. The information he provided on the position and the appearance of the U-boat he claimed to have found in Cuban waters made it entirely clear that the whole story was a fake. It seems to be a kind of sport for some people, mostly coming from the U.S.A., to get some publicity by claiming to have found a German WWII U-boat somewhere on this world. Most preferably these boats were believed to have been used in secret operations no longer documented in contemporary records. Obviously there is a strong demand in public U.S. media for this kind of stories because otherwise no one would dare to offer this kind of information to a wider circle. I just like to say on this:
I have a dream. Keep this kind of ridiculous stories for yourself instead of giving boring statements about something which lives up only in your own dreamworld. Time is too precious to waste it on this matter
