New Grid converting program.

I have written a little program that converts the German Grid codes
to a latitude longitude position and also marks the position
on a map. This first version doesn\'t cover all grid codes, but it does
cover the ones found on the nr.1870 Nord-Atlantischer Ozean chart.

Anyway it is written for PC windows and if someone wants a copy, just
let me know and I will mail it to you.
