<HTML>Seems to me I read, years ago, of a Japanese Hospital ship ... Awa Maru (?)... that was torpedoed by a U.S. sub. Seems to me that while she WAS marked and light, she was carrying war supplys and looted gold, so I guess she would be concidered a legit target. </HTML>
