I have no information regarding England, but agents were landed in Ireland by UBoat. I will need to check my archives, but if memory serves several agents were landed in Dingle bay Co. Kerry (SW Ireland) but were arrested very soon after and their equipment, which they had buried, recovered.

One reason for their prompt arrest was that their intelligence information was out of date. The agents made their way to the railway station in Dingle to catch a train. After waiting some time they asked a passer by when the next train was. His suspicions were immediately raised as the railway line had been closed many years earlier.

I\'ll look up the details over the weekend and post them here.
