Memorial Wall

I\'m writing a short story about a U-Boat radio officer for my creative writing class and I remember hearing about a Kriegsmarine memorial wall that had the names of fallen U-Boat sailors etched in it. Does that wall exist? If it does where is it located? Thankyou.</HTML>
