MPC: Poohh I blew that one. Submarine, submarine, submarine, not uboat, not uboat, not uboat........... :)

15 years ago did we manage to locate a small part of the engine from the torpedo right where C H Stinnes was beached.
You see this is not far from where I live, it takes 15-20 minutes with boat to get there. The local people saw the wessel with the bow resting onshore, but they have not any idea what the story was behind it. So I hope I might find out more.

I tried the submarine museum, but they did not have details from the attack.
And what happened the hours after the attack before they reached open water.
Just to sail behind the enemy line tells that the commander aboard must have been a \"cold fish\".
By the way, in the same area rests 5-6 wrecks from WW2. 3 German vessels and 3 Norwegians.</HTML>
