Your location of the wreck of U-450 is correct.
U-450 sunk on 10/3/44 South of Anzio (40*11\'N 12*27\'E)
U450 left for operations off the coast of Italy. On the 10/3/44
the U-boat was sunk S of Anzio in a depth-charge attacks by the
destroyers HMS Blankney, HMS Blencathra. Brecor & Exmoor.
One man was killed and the rest of U-450\'s crew were made PoW\'s
