In the Russian classical literature, in creations of Dostojevsky and many other writers a question frequently is considered: whether it is possible to act immorally for achievement of the high and noble purpose. The great literature never yields of the onevalued recipes. But the answer faster was \"no\" than \"yes\".
When at power there was a Stalin, he has demanded of Russian people to refuse traditional values which there were many centuries. This has called strong recalcitrance and bloody civil war which in the miscellaneous forms continued many years. Many victim of those times connected with opposition to Stalin.
Hitler similarly to a Stalin required of the German people to refuse from conventional value and preached false rases and similar theories.
However with a likeness of modes of a Stalin and Hitler it\'s necessary to mark principled difference. The mode of a Stalin was directed on the own people. The pease with other countries was necessary to Stalin for conducting social experiments in Russia. The war was necessary to the Hitler. Without war his mode lost any sense.
For this reason Stalin bears responsibility only before the peoples of the Soviet Union. First of all before Russian people. Hitler bears responsibility before the peoples of those countries against which the aggression was accomplished. Probably first of all he bears responsibility before the German people. The policy of the Hitler has resulted that millions best sons Germany were killed or have frozen in Russia. Their loss was wanton.
