lot of very interesting schemas, pictures, maps and description how it works You can find in the book:

Ground Power Special Issue June\'97, published by DELTA publishing Co. Ltd, 1-50, Kanda Jinbo-cho, Chiyoda-Ku, Tokyo, Japan - Volume (2).

Of course, the book is completely in Japanese but the pictures are clearly understable. I can send You some scans upon request.
