<HTML>The only thing I recall about white vs. blue uniforms is concerning the colour of the Officer\'s cap cover. I\'m not sure in which book it was (possibly Werner\'s \"Iron Coffins\") but I recall an exchange between a KL and someone who wanted to \"remind\" him that the white cap cover was \"not regulation\". The response was to the effect of \"then I suggest that the regulation be corrected....\"</HTML>
