Its easy. Rt 24 south takes you right into Battleship cove. It you are in worcester, its probably worth your while to take Rt 24 down there. 95 South to 495 to 24 will work as well. But better is to get directly on to Route 24. Once you are on route 24 (I think its about 40 mi from Worcester). look for signs to Fall river (I think it is Rt 79) and then on 79, follow signs to Battleship Cove. Best of luck and have a nice trip. If you get lost going there (like i did) on account of these directions, sorry in advance asi just moved into Mass. Best is to use map-quest or AAA. I don\'t like map quest that much as their directions are hopelessly convoluted and prefer using Rand McNally online these days.
