Value of Periscope Optics?

<HTML>Have an opportunity to purchase what I am told is optics to a U-boat periscope. The item is 58cm long, 23 cm diam, fieldgray in color, and marked \"Z.F.28\", \"Lorient\",and \"f.43\". Sorry but no JPEGS available!
Any help as to an approximation as to its fair value would be highly appreciated.
