Thats gonna be extremely difficult. Finding info on the lower deck in any navy is virtually impossible unless you try the records office like Centurian etc. In the case of Germany many records were destroyed during bombing raids and from past experience I believe you will have one heck of a search. You would have better luck finding the details of a stoker P.O. on the Victory.
Anyway I wish you well. Perhaps someone who looks in her just might know the name (especially if he is named in a phot or made his mark in the history books).
As you know the more info the better chance... maybe WAST or the records department in Frieburg i. Br. can help.
