At the end of WW II, the economy of Deutch land was very low and the real problem was: how attack the economy power of USA. That was the raison of the defect. The elecktro, perhaps, were supply difficulties for some days or months, but the end of the World War II was in the facts. I know, no nuclear arms were expected against german towns. Because the USA thinks to the futur explosion of economy in Europa (they want to have a major part of that), and in 1945 they had only two nuclear bombs ready to operate and you know the end of this terrific history.
