Thanks for your answer. Will you tell me more about the second volume of Rössler´s book?. I´m going to receive the first volume (I hope this week), and I´m thinking about ordering the second one. I don´t want the version with both volumes; only the 2nd. What is the reason I´ve been able to get the first volume so easily (via Amazon.de), and it is so difficult to get the 2nd.? What info is contained in the second volume?
