Convoy question

<HTML>Does anyone know if the two convoys ON 178 and ONS 3 ever sailed together during any part of their respective trips across the Atlantic, i.e. did one convoy overtake the other and then sail together for some time thereby \'doubling\' the escort. The reason for asking is that a lot of sources seem to mix up these two convoys. I hope this nonsense is understandable.
