According to the Conning Tower section here there were still a lot of boats on patrol on 5/6/45. Please let us know how many miles by sea and direction this village is from Narvik. Used at that time as the northern most Uboat base?? I see a lot of boats, which can be eliminated from suspicion. On the other hand a number of boats made for Narvik and Bergen within a week of above date. Must say, this is the first I heard about this. I like to get to the bottom of it. Anyone here willing to dig as well???
