I did read it some where about the soldier going missing
near Apolo Bay, i think it was at Johanna Beach.
A couple of ww2 vets told me of the plane over the racecourse.
the \"old timer\" who first told me of the plane, died about 5 years ago.
He was based in Melbourne at the time, then ended up in Darwin.
I`ll try and find out more.
