<HTML>This is not directly U-boat biz, but if it were not for these brave souls .... I read today that the last crew of the first successful U-boat, CSS H.L.Hunley have been recovered from the hull of their vessel. The remains of the commander, Lt. George Dixon are still unaccounted for, but are expected to be recovered, at his station, when the forward portion of the sub is excavated. The crew members are to be buried with full military honors at Magnolia Cemetary in Charleston, South Carolina, along with the members of two other crews lost during testing and training in a special plot for the Hunley crews. If anyone wishes to see more on the Hunley, check out www.csshunley.com. The site is well done, and one of their links is U-boat Net. :) Three cheers for C.S.S. H.L. Hunley! tjk </HTML>
