After service with U-96 and U-183 he surely was given shore command in a technical advisory role, by BDU.How many patrols did he make on both vessels? Was he awarded any high decorations? This man deserves his place in history, lets find out about his latter war years, and post war experiences. Grateful for any information, cheers Paul.
