<HTML>You missed my points altogether, Peter. U-boats engaged in a legitimate sea war targeting legitimate military targets. And acts of compassion by U-boat crews during the war were even quite numerous. The point about terror bombing of cities was set up as a comparison of what striking non-miltary targets was really all about, and was not something U-boats engaged in, despite what Mr. Thomas believes.

PS. Thanks for the link, but I\'m already familiar with Harris\'s record from college studies and casual reading. </HTML>
