Have you tried this?

Before installation is necessary to change in the control panel the defined language to english USA:

1) Make double click on MY PC
2) select CONTROL PANEL icon
3) Inside REGIONAL CONFIGURATION change predefined language to English
USA

To make effect you have to reset.After this you can to install the game.
