I am looking for anyone who served with 218 Gold Coast Sqn at Downham Market in 1943 who may have known my uncle --- Albert Hughes, Albert was an air gunner in EE888 which was lost without trace over La Pallice in December 1943 another plane who was on the same mission made it back and crash landed after the raid. Alberts brothers and sisters have all passed on except for one remaining sister who is now in her 82nd year, is there anyone out there who can shed light on her brothers fate and help her understand just a little more. Thanks for reading this.
