The position 112 in the report will refer to the 2nd ship in the 11th column.If you look at the 3rd note on that page which refers to the Melmore Head you will see that she was the 3rd ship in the 11th column. The 10th,11th,12th and so on columns are sometimes referred to as 9A,9B,9C etc probably just to give the researchersanother headache to solve. There are also different editions of the Convoy Form A1 I have located four up to now with minor alterations to the header information requirements.
