u-boat grid maps

<HTML>i have a u-boat grid map that has letter and number designatons for each grid .i was wondering if these stayed the same during the war or were the changed often .i plan on covering it with plexiglass and plotting u-boats sunk off in the gulf of mexico and ships that were sunk by u-boats in the gulf of mexico , and u-boats sunk off the u.s. east coast .
