<HTML>That kind of skill is still valuable today against organised crime and street gang members and so it is not freely available.
You can find some reference books on the subject \"interrogation\" searching the Net (Loompanics).
For sure the British interrogators sometimes blackmailed the German prisoners telling they could be handled to the Russians and this sometimes worked fine.
Luftwaffe pilot Von Werra, who let loose nothing and has been the only one who successfully escaped from his British captors after experiencing ALL their interrogation techniques, was thoroughly counter interrogated by the German intelligence and soon they discovered how clever the British intelligence was. So a very simple order was issued: give name, rank, number and then keep obstinate silence.
Greetings.
