The Germans were long in steel, aluminum, coal, cement, wood and some others, but short on copper, some alloying metals and of course oil. However, they could have made adequate synthetic gasoline in the absence of strategic bombing. Further, a lot of raw materials were \"wasted\" in the civilian sector until the war economy really took hold in late 1943. With proper economic planning, the production levels of 1944 could most likely have been achieved as of 1942.

My point with the T-34 was that those extra guns would have had a significant effect on the eastern front, for example they could have prevented the Soviet breakthrough which encircled Stalingrad. One can argue that without strategic bombing the war could have ended as a draw.
