Good Evening!
I don`t visit the forum for a long time. I found the niece of Heinz Heymann.

Heinz Heymann became a POW in Scotland near the coast and killed, like his Comrades (see above), by a german bomb. Dropped from a He 111.

Two Letters reached his Family, perhaps three.

1. From the 2. U-Boat Flotille (FPNR. M 25522), that the whole crew was POW in Great Britain
2. A Letter from himself. He was now a POW and were taken to Canada in the next Days. The Letter do no more exist, the niece told me about the letter.
3. A letter from the German Red Cross about his death.

After the Air-Raid the Rest of his Crew was taken to Canada.
I send my Copies of Letter No. 1 and No. 3 to the U-Boat Archiv in Cuxhaven.

Thank you all for your support. Special thanks to Ken Dunn.

Kindly Regards
Andre
