Hi

THE SINKING OF U BOAT 1206

In a British television program called QI the panel were asked how the captain sank his own U Boat. Apparently he used the toilet but was too embarrassed to ask the proper person to flush it for him, so he did it and got it wrong. Sewage filled the u boat and then sea water entered the battery causing a poisonous gas so they had to surface and were shot out of the water. Did it really happen like that?
