What you say is true of U.S. subs.. But bear in mind the the Russian technology is no were near ours and very outdated.
They have the worst record when it comes to nuclear technology and safety. The old captured scientists are dying off and there is no one to guide them with newer technologies.
Therefore we do not know what can happen.</HTML>
