I seem to recall a couple of years back some American guy dived on these wrecks in Suido Sound. The currents made it near impossible, but he found the targets.
Maybe if you hunt for the documentary you can get more leads?

I have read US ONI intelligence that UIT-25 at Kobe was considered only worth scrapping by March 1945.
