Dear Keith,

Ref your message of 16 April, I have now had a look at the book "Hunt and Kill" (inc your Chapter),as well as the MSI's DVD "Attach and Capture", but neither - unfortunately - contains any singificent details about the post-War War Bond Tours of U-505 in the 2nd half of 1945.

I think therefore that the essential source document must be your "Notes".

I do hope that you can find them, especially because I can't quite believe that there is no complete official record of the 2 Tours somewhere.

I should therefore be most grateful if you would kindly keep looking for me (as well as for Ed), and that something good will surface somewhere quite soon!
