U boat 854 sunken offcoast of Norway in Feb. 1945, was part of a flotilla of 4 u boats. The other 3 subs surrendered a Newport News NOT Portsmouth. I removed the booby traps and the cargo the tanks contained. I have recorded the true story based on my hands-on involvement. I will share my Knowlede of the incident as I have recorded.
