Thank you. A sad affair indeed. (And young Ney, can you imagine becoming a U-Boat Commader at 22?) Youngest lost. Not that Scholz was an old man at 25.
Are you still in contact with Herr Euteneur? Any issues with my using his father's letter on my site?
Scholz was the T.O. on the SS Alaskan attack and I would like to include a brief bio on him (As well as Carl Emmermann and U-172) when I add a page on Alaskan to my site later this year.
