Interesting find from the image it looks a bit like a type XXIII. The wreck I believe is inland of Lisahally so my guess it is if it turns out to be a UBoat it is U2348 which was taken to Londonderry to free up Lisahally docks and subsequently sold for scrap. My hunch is it foundered under tow and was left there.
