Hi Ken--I think it was Oct. 1995--I'll have to confirm that. I must say, there are some rather glaring mistakes of which I was simply ignorant at the time (most notably the idea that the Germans had an air-powered torpedo that was superior to their battery-powered torpedo; but there were others)
I didn't realize you lived so close, Ken. Perhaps we might have coffee some day in Portsmouth. I'd really enjoy chatting with you!
