Hello Gentlemen,

Please Google the Cape Cod Times for the Sunday, March 9, 2014 article by Doug Fraser entitled "Promise of Platinum Gone: Investors Fume Over Treasure Hunter". apparently, there is some question as to the authenticity of the so-called "secret treasure documents" that were used by this salvage group to entice millions of dollars from investors. Now, after five years, nothing has been recovered.

Look at how quickly Odyssey Marine Exploration took to recover more than 100 tons of silver from the wreck of the S.S. Gairsoppa from 15,400 feet of sea-water off the coast of Ireland. Their first 48 ton load was brought up within six months of their discovery of the wreck. That is 19 times deeper than the wreck of the S.S. Port Nicholson in just about 800 fsw.

It appears that the guy who came up with the secret treasure documents just happens to be the same guy who claimed to have found a super-secret German Type XIB U-boat in just 60 feet of seawater off Chatham, Cape Cod back in 1993. Identified by the alleged diver/researcher as "Hitler's Escape U-boat supposedly code-named the "Black Knight" is was also claimed to carry a half billion $ in gold bullion! That alleged "discovery" occurred more that two decades ago, and to date absolutely NO evidence has been forthcoming to prove the existence of such a wreck.

I am not making these claims up. They have all been filed in affidavit form in Federal District Courts in the states of Maine and Massachusetts!

How is it that the press repeatedly publishes this rubbish without doing even a modicum of research into the background of the individuals making such ridiculous claims? Do young men and women even attend legitimate journalism schools anymore?

I hope, for the sake of the investors, that the FBI, IRS and SEC conduct investigations into the activities of these so-called treasure salvage experts. It sounds like there are all of the requisite elements to warrant an investigation into the possible investment fraud case here.

Regards,

Paul
