Minesweeper Trawler - Clevella

Hi I'm researching my grandfathers service during the war. He was in the Navy and latterly seconded to the minesweeping ships. His last record was onboard 'HMS Clevela' FY 678 - appears to have been sometimes named Clevella. I was wondering if anyone can supply info/a means to getting info on the ship and its role/placement in 1944-45??

All searches seem to draw a blank on where it was stationed toward the last year of the war.

Any help would be appreciated.
