Were to find my grandads merchant navy records

My grandad & uncle were killed by U201 while serving on the Aquila-OG-71,my grandad was John Henry Fearon 51 & my uncle was Michael Wilcox 19,my grandad got michael the job as a trimmer & this is all the family know! I would like to find out more about my grandads time in the merchant navy as he had been with them since he was 21 if any 1 could tell me were I can find his records?
