Hi Darren
The service records of sailors in the Merchant Navy during World War 2 are held by the National Archives at Kew. They have a guide on their website how to research these documents: [www.nationalarchives.gov.uk]
At least these three documents seem to contain info about your ancestors:
[discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk]
[discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk]
[discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk]
However, access to full details of seamen born less than 100 years ago are still restricted so please contact the helpful staff of the National Archives for assistance.
Good luck with your research!
Best regards
