Schnorkel fitted u-boats

Were the following fitted with schnorkels while still under construction ?. U241, U721, U998, U1000 U1054 and U1198. Also is the date when U211 was fitted known? as she is recorded as being fitted with one in November 1943, but she had sailed on October 14th and did not return. Previous to this she had been converted to a 'Flak' boat between 16.07-23.09.43, but no mention of any other work, which leaves the period 25.02-09.05.43 at Brest as being the other possible date where a schnorkel was fitted, but I have not bee able to verify this.
