U517 video footage of sinking of SS Chatham 1942

My father was aboard the SS Chatham in the North Atlantic Aug 27 1942.
The Chatham was sunk by U-517 commander Paul Hartwig. Wondering if it's possible
that the Germans would have videoed this sinking, and if it would be something
obtainable? My father did survive and lived to be 88 years old. I appreciate
the advice.
