The radio message ZTPG 349192 (thanks to HavaMahal for having unearthed it!) from Topp to the front-line training group at Hela and dated March 4, 1945, TOO 1039, reads "Shall arrive in U367 at about 2400 today to relieve commanding officer of U3010".

From another radio message we know U367 arrived a little earlier at Hela (2200, March 4) but the change-over of CO of U3010 according the aforementioned message was clearly intended to take place at Hela shortly after Topp arrived there.

The DUIKBOOT database in the historisches Marinearchiv will be changed accordingly. Please note there is a delay between us changing the master of the database and the data being uploaded into the HMA.
