This boat sailed from Lisahally on 06.07.45, being chosen for trials with the royal navy, however she apparently broke down en-route finally after taking sixteen days making Birkenhead on 22.07.45. With the voyage usually taking two days, is it known where she was during this time and how she managed to reach Birkenhead? John
