Two really good books on U-Boats are

<HTML>the books titled U-Boote by a french author Jean Phillipe Dallies-Labourdette and U-Boats by David Miller. As far as photographic docs are concerned these two books are all you need as they cover some exclusive footage and detailed technical ground(the latter). The first book even has a few photos from the Das Boot film. They are both expensive buys (it\'ll cost you about $65 for the pair if you buy from Amazon). It might cost you less if you go through the U-Boat.net pages. Get \'em!!!!!
