<HTML>When i first saw it, i watched it for two months almost on a daily basis. Then i saw it once a month. Now i am so sick of watching it, i don't think i'll watch it until i go to Laboe! Some parts i wish i could change. Like the part where some of the chaps not getting killed or wounded in the end. But unfortunately that was reality. The ones you come to know(and like/love) in the movie and that have real life counterparts did die in the war. If i were to feel that way watching a film, i can imagine how gut wrenching it must have been for the crew members who lost their mates on the subs. Petersen was right. His motives for representation were the horrors of war and i think we all feel its horrific nature when we start feeling that way,
