Question about a song in Das Boot
Date: January 30, 2001 07:47AM

<HTML> Hello all,

I hope one of you can answer my question(mail the answer to me too!).

In \"Das Boot\"(which blows off U-571 with a fingersnap grinning smiley) der Kommandant once so often orders to play a LP of his private collection. I\'m talking about the Director\'s Cut here.

After the first attack(Konvoi), the depth charge rain ends and the Offiziere sit in the dining hall of the boat and discuss why the destroyer moved away. Then the RadioMaat turns on a LP(of which I\'d like to know the title) that is from the Kommandant\'s \"privatsammlung\".

Now, my question is: \"What\'s the title of the song that comes up from the captain\'s \"Privatsammlung\"?

Tell me please. On to question 2:

When the boat returns to La Rochelle after the Gibraltar incident(incident??), the fanfare plays a song. Does anyone what title this song has?

Thanks already,

Tristan.</HTML>
