Hi Claude Zeringue III I know there is a factory in Hamburg, they produce both type VII and IX in 140 scale with all you need to make them fully operational. I visited this factory in summer 1995 and their work was great... I buyed the hull of the type IX, she is sold as the U511, but with some works you can reproduce every type IX. They also make type XXI and the Biber.
This factory was named Shaeffer some years earlier, if you are interested in more info I'll try to find some better news.
