That (the issue regarding the sea vents) and the "ensign quiestion"--which no one seems willing to confront--are the two matters that are gnawing on my brain at the moment. What I am considering doing about the sea vents is to carefully cut out a square section in the proper location, thant affix a pre-cut piece of mesh wire in its place--wire that matches the required perforations. I have not looked yet, but I cannot beleive that there are no scratch-building materials that closely match these perforations. The danger of ruining this kit, couple with the painstaking work required to safely execute such a procedure of cutting out each liittle hole by hand, make me think this is the only strategy, particularly because plastic is not a very good material to carve fine, even, *uniform* holes out of. I am awaiting an article which reportedly addresses this difficult questions, but any suggestions would be welcome.
As for my ensign question, I invite you to take a gander at my "ensign poll," which heretofore has failed to solicit a single response.
