I must agree with you \'toy fair\' does sound a bit weird...!
But is it a serious U-boat model in the first place ?

The model experience level for my sake is NOT the problem,
the problem is the satisfaction and confidence in buying this
kit....without wasting too much money...!!!???

I will keep your 1/40 scale U-boat kits in mind, without doubt!
